Lift-Assist president, Jeff Johnson, graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1986 and has over 30 years in the field of elevators and lifts.
He has spent most of those years in the Atlanta, Georgia area installing and servicing elevators for some of the top names in the industry. Jeff's vast knowledge of elevators and lifts led one of these leading companies to make Jeff a nationwide instructor in elevator and lift installation and servicing for their company.
In 2010, Jeff decided to make his knowledge and experience in the industry available to the general public with Southern Lifts, Inc.
Even in tough economic times, Jeff's services have been in high demand as the word of his expertise and quality of workmanship has spread.
The elevator/mobility equipment business has gone through many changes over the past years. It is dominated by large cumbersome mega corporations that will have a difficult time providing the much needed personal service that is required in this type of business.
